Brilliant Period Tall Orchid Cut-to-Clear Vase (c. 1890)

This American Brilliant Period Cut-toClear Cut Glass Vase is stunning. It has an overall orchid or magenta coloring but the carefully engineered cut-to-clear artistry makes this a unique collector's piece. It is just over 17 inches tall including a wild pinnacle/stopper that crowns it. It weighs about two pounds and would be stunning if displayed in full sunlight.

This came from the Spurrier Estate and was used for display only. It might be put in service as a decanter, but it would not be advised due to its size and the pinnacle / stopper.
