Hull Blushing Apple Cookie Jar and Cannister Set

From your Grandma's kitchen? This 1940's Hull Blushing Apple Cookie Jar and Canister Set is called a "Blushing" set because its colors fade subtly from a vermilion red to lighter orange into yellow with green leaves on the apple-shaped jars. The set consists of 1 salt and 1 pepper shaker, 1 Cookie, 1 Flour, and 1 Sugar Jar ass well as 2 medium size jars for tea or other condiments. There are flecks on several of the jars as they were used extensively in the rural areas of West Virginia.

It is unusual to find intact sets of (7) of these jars, although individual cookie jars are most commonly found at auctions or antique stores. An entire canister set is a rare find in our opinion,
