Still Life Floral by N. Sarotrices (1990)
This beautiful Floral Still Life by European artist N. Sarotrices is an oil painting on board. Pale pink flowers and a bird's nest are the focus of the wonderful still life. We find it an excellent composition with classically disciplined brush strokes.
We purchased this from a gallery in the Waldorf Astoria in 1993 and received the attached appraisal at the time. It has graced our Washington, DC home for many years and is a perfect addition for those who appreciate its color palette and classical style.
It is 24 inches by 20 inches framed. The frame itself is a work of art. It weighs about 5 lbs.
